Zesty Banana-Pineapple Fruit Leather
Description
Banana and Pineapple always go together, but orange peel gives this fruit leather an extra snap.

| cups banana slices
| | 1 | cup pineapple | | 1 | tablespoon orange peel, dried and ground
| | 2 | teaspoons lemon juice

Methods/steps
- Puree' all ingredients in blender.
- Pour into dehydrator or vegetable leather tray so that mixture is about 1/8" thick.
- Following dehydrator manufacturers directions, dehydrate until no wet spots remain. (About 8-12 hours)
- After cooling, roll and store in an air-tight container or vacuum sealed bag.
