Description
Passionate Strawberry Fruit Leather is another example of the flexibility you have with your dehydrator. This combination is a favorite with my grand-daughter. One is never enough.

| cups fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
| | 2 | tablespoons passion fruit (juice or flavoring)
| | ¾ | cup applesauce

Methods/steps
- Puree' ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Pour into dehydrator tray or fruit leather tray until 1/8" depth.
- Following dehydrator manufacturers instructions, dehydrate until no wet spots remain. (About 8 - 12 hours)
- After it has cooled, roll and store in an airtight container or vacuum sealed bag.
